Sales Based Replenishment
Replenishment
Our systems also interact and provide valuable data for replenishment ('top up'). Within the Climate Change agenda there are new requirements to reduce recycled wastage by reducing returns - replenishment is key in tackling this.
Sales Based Replenishment (SBR)
Because Norcon Computers Ltd is a forward-looking company, we aim to continuously improve our systems and are at the forefront of SBR system development. This is a new initiative that will benefit retailers in product choice and reduced returns, making a real difference in gross profit.

SBR involves part-delivery of the newsagent's total requirement (enough to ensure home delivery and 'usual' first day counter supply), which relieves shelf space for wider magazine choice. Live data is fed back to wholesalers and top up supplies are sent, where necessary, on a daily basis. This ensures a greater choice for individual shops, maximises sales potential, yet minimises returns, contributing to better cash flow and profit margins.

Wholesalers benefit from increased sales and reduced returns, conforming to Government targets to reduce recycling tonnages and addressing the climate change agenda.
